Kamran Ali of UPN said that the plots have been divided according to their developed areas that are ready for construction and also for those areas which are undeveloped. Sizes of plots are 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 sq. yards. The 300-sq. yard plot price ranges between PKR 5 crore for developed areas while PKR 3 crore for underdeveloped areas. Similarly, 500 sq. yard has the price of PKR 6.5 crore- PKR 8.5 crore for developed areas and for the underdeveloped area, the price ranges between PKR 5 crore to PKR 6 crore and so on.
