Hopefully, but still there's nothing on the ground yet.

i think that its dealers and management who're creating hypes like this. By tomorrow, they pull an increase of 1 to 2 million from their rear side and you will see that all dealers are going to say the samething over and over.

in my opinion prices will rise gradually after the period of ramadan till hajj, so it might take further next 2-3 months for sure.

what about b-17? the prices increased drastically in last six months, such exceptional rise we witnesses.

As per my information, it's a fake hype to reel some genuine buyers and help dealers/investors off-load their parts from developed blocks. New block will be launched soon and higher prices are needed in current blocks to justify the new booking price.

I’m unable to understand why B-17 prices are increasing It’s seriously far from airport.

I heard that most probably B-17 gets a motorway access from Sector-F. don’t know is it true or just another random rumor.

Actually, there is not even a single independent dealer in B-17 as all registered and associated with society management. Therefore, it’s their common goal now to create hype just to attract new investors.

Exactly, it around 35km far from airport. But yeah no one can deny that subsequent rise is expected upon opening of new Islamabad Airport.
