Richmoor Real Estate (Regd) DHA, 9 Town: Sharp Price increase imminent as multiple access roads are almost complete (dha phase 5 ring road underpass, from dha phase 6 over bedian). Several houses are also being constructed which will drive prices up as more people start living there.
