A NEW CHEAP CARRIER, "FLY JINNAH," RELEASES ITS BRAND IDENTITY

As the launch of its low-cost airline, Fly Jinnah, in Pakistan draws closer, the firm has finally shared its brand identity with the general public. The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has not yet granted the carrier its air operator's licence (PCAA). From its primary base in Karachi, it will first begin domestic flight operations.

Air Arabia and Pakistan's Lakson Group have partnered to create Fly Jinnah. The stakeholders in this new airline claim that the initials "FJ" and its red-focused visual brand design reflect the airline's youthful and contemporary nature.

Some of the world's tallest mountain ranges and lush green valleys can be found in Pakistan's northern regions. These national natural wonders are well-documented in travel guides and Vlogs on YouTube, as both domestic and foreign tourists frequently visit them.

The Pakistani government is doing all in its power to increase tourism. For instance, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province just began using camping pods. The purpose of this program was to make traveling easier by giving visitors accommodations close to the most popular natural tourist attractions in the area.

In the past, getting to these locations posed a significant difficulty. It was brought on by the protracted, tiresome car excursions. However, conditions have significantly improved recently and are anticipated to continue improving in the foreseeable future. You may now take advantage of direct flights from important cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad to the northern regions of Pakistan thanks to the recent increase of flight operations in the nation.

Another new airline in Pakistan has just received an operational authorization from the relevant authorities, taking into account the steadily growing demand for air travel to northern areas.

A NEW AIRLINE IS STARTED IN PAKISTAN TO IMPROVE TOURISM

The CAA has granted the TPRI (Tourism Promotion and Regional Integration) license to a brand-new, privately owned airline called "North Air" (Civil Aviation Authority). According to reports, this new airline in Pakistan plans to run flights to a few significant northern cities, such as Gilgit, Skardu, and Chitral, as well as the developing port city of Gwadar in the south.

All of the aforementioned locations will initially be served by flights offered by North Air from Islamabad, the nation's capital. At the New Islamabad International Airport, the airline's headquarters will be located.

NEW PRIVATE AIRLINES OPERATING IN PAKISTAN

Three further private airlines are soon to begin operations in Pakistan. After carefully examining their operation models, the CAA is now granting these airlines their Regular Public Transport (RPT). Soon, it's anticipated that Q-Airlines, Fly Jinnah, and Jet Green will begin offering domestic flights.

Seven private airlines will be operating in Pakistan following the introduction of these new carriers. Currently, the local private airline market is dominated by Air North, SereneAir, Airblue, and AirSial. These companies primarily handle domestic flights but also occasionally fly internationally.

The new CAA regulations state that private airlines can only fly internationally after successfully operating for a year with at least a fleet of three aircraft.

Launching flight operations for northern regions is PIA.

The nation's flag carrier, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), recently started operating direct flights from Lahore to Pakistan's northern regions. The flying service to Skardu is being conducted by the PIA utilizing Airbus A-320 aircraft. The cost of this flight begins at PKR 7,500 for per passenger.

Additionally, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has begun offering flights between Skardu and Karachi. In order to make travel easier for visitors, the PIA operates two flights on this route each week. The local tourism industry is anticipated to be significantly impacted by direct flights between Karachi and Skardu.

After being closed for 17 years, Swat's renowned Saidu Sharif airport has also been reopened. The airport received its first flight in nearly two decades on March 26, 2021.

Since 2004 the Saidu Sharif airport has not served any flights and has been fully inactive. It was due to the regional commercial flight operations being completely discontinued by the national flag airline up until the first quarter of 2021. Now that the airport in Swat has been restored, PIA intends to run two flights there each week, one from Lahore and one from Islamabad.

Additionally, the government unveiled a travel-related TV channel. The station, titled "Discover Pakistan," airs travelogues and documentaries about the most well-known tourist destinations in the nation.
