8-Marla: PKR 27 lac in December 2016 and PKR 31 lac in August 2017 (15% increase)

10-Marla: PKR 35 lac in December 2016 and PKR 41 lac in August 2017 (17% increase)

1-Kanal: PKR 50 lac in December 2016 and PKR 54 lac in August 2017 (8% increase)

2-Kanal: PKR 80 lac in December 2016 and PKR 85 lac in August 2017 (6% increase)
