What is the status of…?

While listing your property you must have mentioned all the valid details regarding your home’s status, there are still some questions that arise in buyers mind such as, the age of the home, quality of the materials used, plumbing, drainage, roof, doors etc. Ensure that you have inspected all these items and the rest in order to be able to answer questions regarding their condition and state.

Has your home ever had a pest inspection?

Another point buyers commonly pick on is whether your home has had pest control done previously or not. Questions such as whether you’ve had any episodes regarding insects or rodent infestation will be frequently asked so, it is important to be honest about your pest history is inquired.

How’s the neighborhood?

It is always good to point out in advance about the neighborhood surrounding your house. Buyers are normally curious to know whether there are any nearby schools, restaurants, parks and various other entities.
